Each class is different and packed with the high intensity exercises you want, but they are combined with practical self-defense and martial arts skills that enable you to use your body in an emergency.

I am Brian Nutter and yes, I have a spare tire. I'm 45 years old and I don't have the chiselled abs I thought I would have by now. But I don't care, anymore, either. I have the stamina to keep up with my kids. I have the strength to work on my home. I have the courage to stand up for myself and my family. Deflating my spare tire is nice, but chiselled abs won't make me a better father or husband.
When you come to class, you won't be judged by your body, just inspired to make it healthier - whatever that means to you.
Brian Nutter has years of training in massage therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He can adapt the exercises to your limitations so that you can still get a great work out and you can still gain valuable self-defense skills. Brian has worked with all types of physical limitations in the past 30 years and can help you with yours.
