San Kae Ryu Bujitsu
The Mountain Path School of the Combative Arts
San Kae Ryu Bujitsu is a combative martial art which teaches blocks, strikes, kicks, sweeps, throws, take-downs, joint locks, arm bars, chokes, grabs, weapons, and ground fighting. For 10 years, San Kae Ryu Bujitsu was taught to over 1,500 soldiers from the US Special Forces and the 82nd Airborne and proved its effectiveness in actual combat in both Iraq and Afghanistan. San Kae Ryu Bujitsu is highly effective for civilian street self-defense for both youth and adults.
Kwan Jang Nim David Sgro is a teacher of teachers. He has traveled the world teaching and training. He is the father of 13 and he knows how to get the best out of children. Even though this curriculum was developed for soldiers going to war, Master Sgro teaches it in an age appropriate way for children so that they can appropriately use these combative techniques in self-defense situations.
